HIV Policy in Scotland: A Stocktake This stocktake aims to provide researchers, policy makers and stakeholders with an overview of HIV related policy in Scotland. It is accurate as at March 2014 and is intended as a reference guide, providing a situation report for legislation, guidelines and national policy documents on issues of key relevance to HIV. It also highlights a number of areas where no national policy exists or where it is unclear if a UK-level policy is adopted in Scotland.
